Giovanni is the entrepreneur who founded FIRMA, choosing to walk the path of quality, sure it is the only way to be pleased with what you do, and to satisfy customers.
In this path has always chosen with care and heart people he wanted at his side, for long-term collaboration, focusing on training and specialization of each person.

Partner in life and work of Giovanni Manenti, Flavia is the person with vitality, humor and light-heartedness who is often able to soften the tense moments of work and bring again any situation to its normality. Flavia is the person who thanks to her character is also committed in contact and service to customers.

Extreme precision, conservation mania and impatience for change are undeniable characteristics of Patrizia, as it is undeniable her ability to listen and interpret any direction given by Giovanni in order to properly administer the company. For this reason Patrizia, since 1995 is one of FIRMA key people.

Federica since 2011 is committed to the enhancement of the company personally taking care of website management, print media and social media. She represented company, products and new technologies, in several industrial and design exhibitions.
Federica is responsible for contact with foreign customers.

Cristian, employeed in FIRMA since 2006, for his programming skills, his attitude to work in technical field, in addition to his ability to overview, after years of training and coaching, was chosen by Giovanni, to fill the role of production manager.

Sergio, FIRMA senior CNC employee, is in charge since 1993. Working side by side with Giovanni in the implementation of CAD programs, as well as being careful CNC operator, he has acquired skills that empower him to work  in complete autonomy.

Salvatore, responsible of moulding and thermoforming , is the person who since 2004, quietly and accurately transforms methacrylate and polystyrene plates in three-dimensional works, whether they are real artworks or lids for vacuum packaging machines.

Since 1994, Stefano has been committed in  manual processing of bending and gluing.
After having left in 2002 for personal reasons, he returned to be part of FIRMA in 2004,  applying himself again, with patience and attention, to the role of responsible of bending and gluing phases.

Since 2008 Massimo has been committed in the polishing department. Today is able to carefully and accurately meet customer requirements, for all those products that require adjustment of the thickness and polishing.

After three years of apprenticeship and training in the company, Loris from 2016 has become a permanent part of FIRMA team.
Today is CNC employed and is doing training on new numerical control center for high precision machining.
